About NorthStar Support & Coaching

Hi, I'm Stacie.

I'm the founder of NorthStar Support & Coaching, an independent support, coaching and consultancy service supporting families, neurodivergent individuals, schools, businesses and organisations.

My mission is simple: to make sure people feel heard, understood and empowered when navigating systems that often feel confusing, overwhelming and isolating.

Whether that's securing the right educational support, understanding disability benefits, improving workplace inclusion, or helping someone build confidence in advocating for themselves, I believe nobody should have to face these challenges alone.

My Story

NorthStar was born from lived experience.

As a mum of six children, several of whom are neurodivergent, I've spent years navigating education, healthcare, disability services and support systems. I've experienced the uncertainty, frustration and emotional impact that so many families face.

Those experiences inspired me to train professionally so I could support not only my own family, but others facing similar challenges.

Today, I combine lived experience with professional knowledge to provide practical, compassionate and person-centred support.

Alongside my professional qualifications, I bring years of lived experience supporting neurodivergent children and navigating complex education and health systems.

Today, I work not only with families but also with schools, charities, businesses and organisations to create more inclusive environments where neurodivergent people can thrive.
